| 摘 要： | “以患者为中心，以疾病为链条”，推行多学科协作诊疗模式，是国家对医院医疗服务模式的要求。基于MDT诊疗模式及团队建设，提出3种MDT诊疗模式:基于单一病种MDT诊疗模式，基于多种疾病MDT综合诊疗模式，基于微创手术ERAS-MDT诊疗模式。并以某院为例，阐述了3种MDT诊疗模式的构建方式与应用效果

| Abstract: | Based on the "Focus on patients, guided by diseases" principle,the implementation of multiple disciplinary team (MDT) is a national requirement for hospital medical service model.Based on MDT diagnosis and treatment model and team building, three MDT diagnosis and treatment models were proposed: single disease MDT model, multiple diseases comprehensive MDT model and ERAS-MDT model based on minimally invasive surgery. Furthermore, taking a hospital as an example, the construction methods and effectiveness of three MDT models were expounded |
