摘    要:目的 分析江西省各级尿碘实验室外质控考核结果情况,了解各级尿碘实验室的检测能力和水平,找出差距,提出整改措施,为确保如期实现江西省地方病三年攻坚行动目标提供可靠的实验室质量保障。方法 检测方法采用尿中碘的砷铈催化分光光度测定法(WS/T 107.1-2016);采用Excel进行数据录入,Origin2019b软件制作Youden图、Z比分值柱状图及根据Z比分值进行结果评定。结果 2018年江西省各级尿碘实验室外质控考核结果合格率为98.21%(110/112)。全省绝大部分尿碘实验室│Z│<2,A组考核样品中实验室编号为62的实验室的检测结果│ZB│≥3,检测结果存在较大的系统误差;实验室编号为28的实验室的检测结果│ZW│≥3,检测结果存在较大的随机误差。结论 江西省省、市级尿碘实验室网络运行良好,外质控考核结果全部合格;县级尿碘实验室需要加强实验室内部质量控制,进一步提高实验室检测质量和能力。

Abstract:To analyze the assessment results of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD) external quality control laboratories at all levels in Jiangxi province in 2018, and to understand the testing ability all laboratories and the differences between the labs, so as to propose the improving measures and ensure the timely realization of the three-year action target of endemic diseases. Methods The detection method was arsenic and cerium catalytic spectrophotometry of iodine in urine(WS/T 107.1-2016). Excel was used to input data and Origin2019 b software was used to make Youden chart, Z-score bar chart and evaluate the results according to Z-score. Results In 2018, the qualified rate of external quality control results of urine iodine at all levels in Jiangxi province was 98.21%(110/112). Most of the urine iodine laboratories in the province had scores of |Z|<2. The examination results of the lab No. 62 in Group A was |ZB|≥3, and there was a large systematic error in the examination results, and the examination results of the lab No. 28 was |ZW |≥3, there was a large random error in the detection results. Conclusion The network of urinary iodine laboratories at provincial and municipal levels in Jiangxi province runs well, and the external quality control results are all qualified. The urine iodine laboratories at the county level need to be strengthened the internal quality control of the laboratory and to further improve the laboratory testing quality and capacity.
