摘    要:为了提高步进电机控制系统的动静态性能与系统鲁棒性,将滑模变结构控制引入步进电机的伺服控制系统中,设计两相混合式步进电机八扇区SVPWM分配方式,并设计滑模控制器使系统控制性能得到明显改善。利用Matlab/Simulink将其与工业上常用的细分控制方式进行对比仿真验证,结果表明滑模变结构控制与工业上使用的细分控制方式相比,具有响应快、抗扰动强、转矩波动小等优点,由此说明了滑模控制在步进电机伺服控制系统中的优越性。

Abstract:In order to improve the dynamic and static performance and system robustness of stepper motor control system, sliding mode variable structure control is introduced into the stepper motor servo control system. The eight-sector SVPWM distribution mode of the two-phase hybrid stepper motor and the corresponding sliding mode controller is designed to improve the control performance of the system obviously. The simulation results show that the sliding mode variable structure controlled has the advantages of fast response, strong disturbance rejection and low torque fluctuation compared with the subdivision control method used in industry. As a result, the superiority in sliding mode control in stepper motor servo control system is explained.
