| 摘 要： | 本文采用Western Blot方法调查不同HBV感染者对前S_1多肽的抗体应答情况。结果发现:HBV感染者前S_1多肽抗体的总检出率为2.34％,隐性HBV感染自限组和现症乙肝病人组分别为17.24％和1.21％。表明抗前S_1多肽抗体主要存在于HBV感染自限人群血清中,机体对前S_1多肽有效的免疫应答对清除HBV感染,促进病情恢复和重症肝炎的发生超重要作用。

| Abstract: | The antibody response ability to pre-S1 polypeptides (Ppre-S1) was first studied by different groups of HBV infected subjects, employing the SDS-PAGE-Western Blot assay in China. The prevalence of anti-Ppre-S1 was 2.34 % in HBV infected subjects and was 17.24 % in the group of healthy persons following latent HBV infection, much higher than that (1.21 %) of hospitalized patients with hepatitis B. This finding suggests that the effective antibody response of the host to Ppre-S1 may play an important role in the elimination of the virus and the complete recovery or the severe hepatic injury. So anti-Ppre-S1 only represents the normal or strong immune response to pre-S1 polypeptides. The close relationship between the persistence of HBV infection and the absence of anti-Ppre-S1 was our another consideration in this report. |
