| 摘 要： | 根据弧齿锥齿轮大轮展成法加工原理及Denavit-Hartenberg齐次变换矩阵,建立了大轮的齿面方程,并对齿面进行了网格划分以及推导出了齿面误差的求解模型,最后根据实际加工中大轮加工参数,仿真了当各个调整参数变化时的差曲面图。

| Abstract: | According to the generating processing principle of spiral bevel gear and the Denavit-Hartenberg homogeneous transformation matrix,the equation of gear tooth surface was established.The surface gridding was divided.The tooth surface error solution model was proposed.Finally,according to the actual processing parameters,the difference surfaces were simulated when each machining parameter perturbation. |
