变极性等离子弧焊的嵌入式控制系统设计

摘    要:采用以Cortex-M4为核心的微控制器STM32F407VGT6,设计了变极性等离子弧焊的过程控制及焊接数据采集系统。该控制系统实现了焊接过程中对焊接参数的输入、显示、调用、存储以及实际焊接参数的采集和监控功能,并实现了焊接过程中焊接参数的PID反馈调节。不仅能实现主站PC对焊机的远程控制,还可将微控制器采集到的焊接数据实时上传进行监测,并根据监测情况,实时修正焊接工艺参数,以达到更高的焊接工艺要求和获得更好的焊接质量。

Abstract:The process control and data acquisition system of plasma arc welding was developed.It adopted microcontroller STM32F407VGT6 embedded in with Cortex-M4 core.This system realizes the parameters' input,display,call and storage,as well as the actual welding parameters acquisition and monitoring function,and the system can adjust the welding parameters in welding process with the PID feedback.It can not only realize the remote control of the welding station PC,but also monitor the welding parameters collected by microcontroller.And this system can update the welding parameters according to the monitoring to achieve the higher requirements of the welding process and get more optimized quality of welding.
