汽车传动轴万向节磨损试验机的优化设计

摘    要:根据汽车传动轴的实际工作情况,结合国家汽车行业标准QC/T 523-1999中万向节磨损试验规定的相关试验要求,设计了由计算机控制的长轴类零件旋转汽车传动轴万向节磨损试验机,采用了闭环伺服系统给被测零件施加旋转扭矩载荷和轴向往复滑动载荷,有效保证了试验精度和效率,并且节约了能耗。同时,还介绍了传动轴的试验方法,给出了试验机的相关技术参数,并对试验机的整体结构组成和主要技术内容进行了分析。

The Design of Testing Machine of Cardan Joint of Automobile Drive Shaft

Abstract:According to the actual working status of automobile drive shaft, the testing machine of cardan joint of automobile drive shaft is designed combining with the national automobile industry standard QC/T 523-1999 in the abrasion test requirement of cardan and slide spline. This testing machine adopts the closed-loop servo control system and makes rotating torque load and axial reciprocating sliding load effect on the measured parts. This machine can not only ensure the test precision and effect, but also save the energy. In this paper, the testing method of drive shaft is introduced. The main technology parameters of testing machine are given. The key core technology and overall structure characteristic is analyzed.
