| 摘 要： | “安全为天，人人有责”是针对煤炭企业安全事故频发所提出的口号。从业人员的安全意识和安全技能的高低，直接关系到企业的兴衰与存亡。文章通过借鉴国外先进的安全培训理念，提出了我国安全培训工作存在的问题及相应对策。

| Abstract: | Security is the most important,thing,It is everyone's responsibility,which is raised by the coal enterprise for auoiding the coal accidents.Employees in safety awareness and safety skills directly related to the prosperity and survival of enterprises.The paper proposed the training problems of domestic security.Corresponding countermeasures are introduced based on the advanced concept of safety training. |
