催化剂生产过程含氨废水的生物处理

摘    要:用培养的硝化菌对催化剂生产过程排出的含氨废水进行处理,连续反应装置投加菌体后,水力停留时间17.5 h,出水氨氮即可低于10 mg·L-1,氨氮去除率95%。结果表明,保藏的菌种经2~7天适应后即恢复活性,可以将氨氮浓度低于1 500 mg·L-1的催化剂生产废水脱氨至小于10 mg·L-1

Abstract:Nitrifying bacteria were cultured and used in treatment of ammonia-containing wastewater with less than 1 500 mg·L-1 ammonia from catalyst manufacture. The results indicated that the activity of nitrifying bacteria was recovered after they adapted to the wastewater of pH 6.0-9.5 for (2-7) days. Effluent ammonia nitrogen concentration of less than 10 mg·L-1 and ammonia removal rate of over 95% were obtained under hydraulic residence time of 17.5 h.
