| 摘 要： | 质量与可靠性信息管理系统的建立对于提高产品质量与可靠性起着至关重要的作用。现有的Internet技术、软件技术及加密技术是实现该系统的技术基础。介绍了如何进行军工电子产品的质量与可靠性信息管理系统的设计及其实现技术。
