摘    要:将国产化纤维膜技术应用到中国石化集团荆门石油化工总厂RFCC装置进行工业试验,取得了理想的效果:在稳定汽油硫醇质量分数80~250μg/g随机变化的情况下,精制后汽油硫醇质量分数保持在10μg/g左右,平均脱臭率达到90%以上;验证了冷态试验结果和理论研究得出的结论,并进一步完善了核心设备和配套工艺的设计准则,说明该技术具备了工业化应用推广的条件.

Abstract:A domestic technology of fiber film extraction is successfully applied in RFCC naphtha sweetening in SINOPEC Jingmen Petrochemical Complex. The results of commercial tests show that, when mercaptan in RFCCU naphtha is 80 to 250 ppm, the mercaptan contained in naphtha is about 10 ppm after sweetening, and the mercaptan removal efficiency is above 90%. The lab test results and conclusion of theory study are verified. In addition, the design criteria of the key equipment and associated processes are improved, and all conditions are ready for commercialization.
