合成氨装置冷箱压差高原因分析及对策

摘    要:介绍合成氨装置冷箱的运行情况及存在问题,分析认为冷箱压差上升的原因是分子筛装填设计不合理、过滤器过滤效果差、再生加热器泄漏等,通过改进过滤器滤芯、更换分子筛、冷箱爆破吹扫、优化分子筛操作等措施,保证冷箱压差稳定和良好的换热效果.

Abstract:The operation of synthetic ammonia plant cold box and problems existed were described. The high pressure differential in the cold box was caused by improper filling of molecular sieve, poor filter and leakage of regeneration heater. Measures were taking, such as modifying filter cartridge, replacing molecular sieve, blasting purging of cold box, and optimizing molecular sieve operation, to ensure the steady pressure dif- ferential in the cold box, and good heat exchanging effect.
