摘    要:通过对湿法脱硫中常采用的螺旋喷嘴和旋流喷嘴在塔内的不同布置方式进行试验。试验表明,螺旋喷嘴比旋流喷嘴能形成更大的水膜,螺旋喷嘴中又以单层水膜和下层管路在同一侧所成的水膜破坏最小。

Abstract:Wet desulfurization technology is widely used. Study of atomizing nozzle and nozzle performance in the layout of the tower is very important. This paper is often used in wet desulfurization spiral swirl nozzle and nozzle in the tower of a different arrangement of test. Test showed that Helical Cyclone nozzle than the nozzle can form more water, then screw the nozzle in the lower single-layer film and on the same side of the pipeline into the water film minimal damage.
