肾移植术后红细胞增多症的治疗

目的：初步探讨肾移植术后红细胞增多症(PTE)的治疗方法。方法：回顾分析9例PTE患者的临床资料。8例分别给予不同剂量的血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)，1例采用放血疗法治疗。治疗期间定期复查红细胞压积(Hct)血红蛋白(Hb)、肝、肾功能等。结果：所有病例均安全耐受治疗，症状缓解，Hct及Hb均降至正常。除1例出现体位性低血压外，未发现明显不良反应。结论： ACEI及放血疗法均可有效用于PTE的治疗。前者尤其适用于合并高血压的患者，后者可用于症状明显者的治疗。

Treatment of post-renal transplant erythrocytosis

Objective:To investigate primarily the therapeutic method of post-renal transplant erythrocytosis(PTE).Methods:The clinical data in9patients with PTE were analyzed retrospectively.8cases were treated with different dosages of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI)respectively,and1case was treated with bloodletting therapy.The hematocrit(Hct),hemoglobin(Hb)and the functions of kidney and liver were observed periodically.Results:All patients tolerated this therapy safely,whose symptoms were relieved.The Hct and Hb were buought down to normal after treatment.No remarkable side effects were found except for1case appeared postural hypotension.Conclusion:Both ACEI and bloodletting therapy may be effective for the treatment of PTE.The former applies especially to the patients with hypertension,and the latter may be used in the patients with severe symptom.
