An investigation and intervention of psychological and behavioral changes in early phase of pregnant women treated with IVF-EF

Objective To investigate and intervene the changes of psychology and behaviors in early phase pregnant women treated with IVF-CT. Methods:30 early phase pregnant women treated with IVF-ET were investigated with SCL-90 scale and self- designed behavior change questionnaire and then compared with 30 ordinary pregnant women at the same phase. Results: The factor scores of anxiety, somatization, compulsion, interpersonal relationship and paranoid in early phase pregnant women treated with IVF-ET were higher than that of the ordinary pregnant women at the same phase. Meanwhile the behaviors were also different between the two groups. Conclusion: The eraly phase pregnant women treated with IVF-ET had many psychological and behavioral problems such as high sores of anxiety, somatization, interpersonal relationship and too conservative behaviors. So psychological and behavior interventions are needed for these early phase pregnant women treated with IVF-ET.
