| 摘 要： | 大直径盾构掘进机为用于城市地铁和过江公路隧道施工的重要机器装备,而回转支承为盾构机刀盘驱动部分的关键部件之一。到目前为止,国产盾构机用的回转支承仍依靠进口。本文通过作者对引进盾构的回转支承理论分析,实际应用与检测,总结了在本市6条隧道施工后的经验,供国内同行参考、借鉴,希望能对进一步提高盾构国产化有所裨益。

| Abstract: | Large-diameter shield machine is very important construction equipment for subway and the river road tunnel.The swing bearing is one of the key components for the cutting wheel drive system.Up to now,domestic uses of shield machine still rely on imports.By analysis,application and detection of fetched in shield machine for swing bearing,the paper summed up the construction experience of six tunnels in the city.We hope it can make help for domestic counterparts and improve the domestic shield machine. |
