超声强化氢氧化钾催化大豆油酯交换制备生物柴油的工艺条件研究

摘    要:本文以固体碱氢氧化钾催化大豆油酯交换制备生物柴油的转化率为指标,考察了在超声强化条件下反应时间、反应温度、醇油摩尔比、催化剂用量对生物柴油转化率的影响,并与常规的机械搅拌条件进行了比较,采用正交试验法优化了反应工艺条件。研究结果表明,超声强化下,大豆油酯交换反应的最佳反应条件为:反应温度65℃、反应时间50min、醇油摩尔比7:1、催化剂用量1.1wt%。在此条件下,转化率高达99.59%。

Abstract:In this paper, solid base catalyst of KOH is used for soybean oil transesterification to prepare biodiesel. The effects of mole ratio of alcohol to oil, catalyst dose, reaction temperature and reaction time on the conversion of soybean oil are studied in the ultrasonic irradiation condition by single factor experiments and compared with that of mechanical stirring. Orthogonal test is employed for the optimum reaction condition. The result indicates that the highest conversion of 99.59% could be obtained at the reaction temperature of 65 ℃, molar ratio of methanol to oil of 7:1, catalyst dose of 1.1 wt% and reaction time of 50 minutes.
