膜生物反应器工艺在中水回用工程中的应用

膜生物反应器(MBR)作为一种新型的污水处理工艺,在污水处理领域得到了广泛的应用。文章阐述了MBR工艺在广东某电装公司的生产废水及生活污水的中水回用工程中的应用,通过合理地设计运行参数,该系统运行稳定,出水水质达到中水回用标准,厂区污水实现零排放。结果证明了MBR工艺在中水回用工程中的应用具有较多优点,可在多种场合进行回用。

Application of MBR Technology in Intermediate Water Reuse System

Membrane Biology Reactor(MBR) as one of the new sewage treatment has been widespread applied in these wage treatment domain.The paper elaborated an intermediate-water reuse project of an electric appliance installment company's waste of water production and the sanitary sewage in Guangdong using the MBR technology.With proper movement parameter designs,the system operated stably,and the water leakage water quality achieved the reuse standard of intermediate-water,factory district sewage realized zero discharges.The results proved that the MBR craft had more merits in the intermediate-water reuse project application,and might carry on the intermediate water reuse in many kinds of situation.
