摘    要:针对采用主从控制模式,以储能系统作为组网单元的联网/孤岛双模式运行的微电网系统,首先介绍了微电网联网/孤岛双模式无缝切换控制策略;其次提出了“外环并行,内环共用”的储能换流器P/Q模式与V/f模式归一化控制模型,同时完成归一化控制器的参数设计以及归一化控制系统的稳定性分析;依托RT_Lab实时仿真平台,完成微电网联网/孤网双模式运行实时仿真模型搭建,完成控制策略的仿真分析,最后在国家能源大型风电并网系统研发(实验)中心微电网实验平台进行了微电网联网/孤岛双模式无缝切换实验,实验结果验证了控制方法的有效性。

Abstract:Firstly, the control technology of seamless switching was studied for the microgrid system under islanded & grid-connected operation mode, which used master-slave control mode and energy storage system converter as the gird-forming unit. Then the P/Q and V/f normalized control model of energy storage converter was proposed with ‘outer parallel, inner shared’ strategy. Meanwhile, the parameter design of normalized controller was completed, as well as the stability analysis. The real-time simulation model of microgrid under islanded & grid-connected operation mode was built in the RT_Lab real time simulation platform, and the analysis of the control strategy was carried out. Finally, the microgrid seamless switching experiment under islanded & grid-connected operation mode was carried out in the National Wind Power Grid Integration R&D (Testing) Center microgrid platform, and the experiment results verified the effectiveness of the control method.
