摘    要:针对某型舰海水淡化装置核心部件蒸发器结垢过快和因除垢困难造成蒸发器非正常报废的现状,详细分析了结垢过快的原因。通过对垢样进行定性分析,在充分考虑环保、材料保护、除垢效果、随船储运、保管安全性、方便舰员自清洗等诸多因素的情况,研发出混合型难溶垢固体清洗剂,并提出在海水淡化装置外部。不影响日常操作的合适部位加装方便舰员定期自清洗的快速组合式临时清洗系统,有效解决了因结垢过快造成蒸发器非正常报废这一技术难题。

Abstract:Desalination plant for a certain type of ship the core components of the evaporator fouling too quickly and cause difficulties for cleaning the evaporator scrap of non-normal situation,a detailed analysis of the reasons for excessive fouling.Through qualitative analysis of scale-like,in full consideration of environmental protection,material protection,cleaning effect,onboard storage,transportation,storage security,convenient self-cleaning crew and many other factors of the situation,developed a mixed detergent insoluble solids scale,and the proposed desalination plant outside.Does not affect the daily operation of the appropriate parts of the installation crew on a regular basis to facilitate the rapid self-cleaning temporary modular cleaning system,an effective solution to the evaporator due to fouling caused by abnormal excessive scrap the technical problems.
