三维动态对比增强磁共振血管成像在颅内静脉系统中的应用价值

摘    要:目的 评价3D-CE MRA技术对颅内静脉系统疾病的诊断价值.方法 45例受检者(30例为静脉窦正常,15例为静脉窦血栓)分别行斜矢状位2D-TOF、矢状位3D-CE MRA扫描,之后,将二者的原始数据进行最大信号强度投影(MIP),对二者显示的各级静脉分支进行分级,并比较二者的原始图像和MIP图像上对颅内静脉血栓形成的诊断准确率.结果 在显示颅内各级静脉分支3D-CE MRA明显优于2D TOF(P<0.05),对静脉窦血栓的诊断准确率均为100%.(15/15) 结论 3D-CE MRA是一种显示颅内静脉系统及静脉窦血栓较好的扫描方法.

Abstract:Objective To compare the visualization of at three-dimensional contrast-enhanced MR angiography(3D-CE MRA),two-dimensional time of flight(2D-TOF) MRA on intracranial venous system. Methods 45 subjects were respectively performed by oblique sagittal 2D-TOF and sagittal 3D-CE MRA. All data were displayed as maximum intensity projection (MIP) images. of 30 normal subjects The images quality of predefined cerebral veins and sinuses was graded 4: continuous and completely visible, continuous and partly visible, not continuous and vaguely visble, or not visble. Results Of 30 normal subjects, The rate of complete visibility of the large dural venous sinuses was 100% on 3D-CE MRA and 86% on TOF MRA.Of 15 venous sinus thrombosis The sensibility of thrombosis of the dural venous sinuses was 100% for 3D-CE MRA. Conclusion 3D-CE MRA provides high-quality images of the intracranial venous anatomy and was superior to TOF MRA for consistent complete visibility of venous system.
