社区美沙酮维持治疗门诊患者脱失治疗原因分析

目的：分析美沙酮维持治疗门诊患者脱失治疗的原因。方法：采取面晤与电话询问相结合的方式调查脱失原因，计算脱失率。结果：总计脱失139人，在治患者736人，保持率84．1％，脱失率15．9％。因刑事犯罪脱失的占45．0％，其次为吸食毒品被抓捕（21．5％）、原因不明（10．1％）、身体健康原因（8．7％）、旅居外地（6．7％）、自认为已成功戒毒（3．4％）、妊娠（2．7％）、死亡（2．0％）、经济困难（2．0％）。结论：违法犯罪与偷吸毒品是脱失治疗的主要原因，疾病、死亡与外迁也是不容忽视的因素，应针对性的使用相应对策以降低脱失率，提高保持率。

Analysis of patients dropout from methadone maintenance treatment

Objective： To analyze the reasons of patients＇ dropout from methadone maintenance treatment （MMT）. Methods： Interview or telephone were adopted to investigate the rate of dropout from MMT. Results： Among 736 patients by MMT, there were 139 patients dropping out from MMT. Rate of maintenance was 84.1% and rate of out of MMT was 15.9%. The reason included： criminal （45.0%）; to be arrested for drug abuse （21.5%）, unknown reason （10.1%）, health issue （8.7%）, residing abroad （6.7%）, self-thinking succuss in quiting drug abuse （3.4%）, pregnancy （2.7%）, death （2.0%）, financial straits （2.0%）. Conclusion： To be arrested for crime and drug abuse were the major cause for out of MMT, while disease, death and residing abroad were noticeable factors. It necessary to take means to decrease drop-out rate and increase retention.
