石灰石替代石灰炼钢造渣效果研究

摘    要:文章通过生产实际试验数据,研究转炉炼钢用石灰石代替部分石灰造渣过程中石灰石的行为,论证了转炉用石灰石炼钢造渣的相对合理方案。结果表明,转炉炼钢前期预加石灰石做造渣原料,可以很快完成煅烧化渣过程,能够实现降低吨钢石灰消耗,达到降本增效的目的,用石灰石造渣能够达到预期目标,使转炉吨钢石灰消耗降低近10 kg/t。

Abstract:In this paper,the behavior of using limestone instead of part of lime in the process of slagging for steelmaking with converters is investigated by test data of production practices and the relatively reasonable plan for slagging with limestone in steelmaking is demonstrated.The results show that the process of calcination and slag melting could be finished quickly as well as the lime consumption for per ton steel could be reduced by near 10 kg/t so that the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiencies could be realized.
