| 摘 要： | 目的:总结腹腔镜胃粘膜下切除肿瘤的经验。方法:18例诊断为胃粘膜下肿瘤的患者根据肿瘤所处位置和肿瘤的性质,分别接受胃腔外楔形切除术、经胃肿瘤外翻切除术和胃部分切除术。结果:手术时间40～240min,出血10～300ml。无手术死亡病例。1例术后1d因出血再次探查。无胃漏、狭窄等并发症发生,术后住院3～10d,平均5.2d。随访1～42个月,未见肿瘤复发。结论:根据肿瘤部位和性质采取不同的处理策略,经腹腔镜治疗胃粘膜下肿瘤是安全可行的。
