| 摘 要： | 目的调查患者对病案复印服务的需求,解决病案服务工作中存在的不足,提高病案服务水平。方法设计调查问卷,在5所医院对病案复印的患者或家属进行随机问卷调查。结果在被调查对象中,95.2%希望留存患者的病案;88.6%希望医院能开展病案复印件邮寄服务;54.8%能在患者出院后1天内办理病案复印;76.0%病案复印工本费用占总花费不足10%;47.0%的患者及家属不了解病案复印相关知识。结论加强病案复印知识的宣传、提高病案管理水平和病案复印服务质量,拓宽病案复印服务渠道,为患者提供费用合理、流程顺畅、高效便捷的优质服务。 |
