| Abstract: | Objective： To study the Thl7 Cells expression in peripheral blood in chronic pulmonary heart disease（CPHD）. Methods： The peripheral blood was collected from 34 cases of CPHD and 20 normal controls. The ratio of Th17 cells in peripheral blood was detected in patients with the exacerbation group, remission group and normal control group by flow eytometry. Results： The ratio of Th17/CD4＋ T cells in the peripheral blood was significantly increased in CPHD in acute exacerbation group, compared with remission group and control group. Conclusion： The positive rate of Th17 cells in the peripheral blood increases in CPHD may be involved in the development of the disease. |
