摘    要:对射水抽气器和水环真空泵两种凝汽器抽气方式性能进行了比较。结合某300 MW火电机组凝汽器抽气系统由射水抽气器更换为水环真空泵的节能改造工作,介绍了制定的改造方案,分析了节煤收益和节电收益。实践表明效果良好。

Abstract:A comparison was made to the performance of two condenser air extraction modes--water jet air ejector and water ring vacuum pump. To replace the water jet air ejector with water ring vacuum pump, a retrofit scheme was introduced, of which the coal and power saving benefits were analyzed in combination with a retrofit practice for condenser air exhaust system in a 300 MW thermal power unit. Results show the retrofit has achieved good effects.
