| Abstract: | Based on the thought of dimension management in product design,also combined with computer simulation software VSA and analysis techniques,the tolerance analysis on the theoretical values of contact over-travel was made as taking moulded case circuit breaker(MCCB) for example.the dimension quality of the products was improved and the production costs by forecasting and controlling production deviation and optimizing design were decreased. |
