摘    要: 基于焊接热模拟温度控制系统具有高响应、纯滞后、试验条件变化时系统参数时变,特别是加热速率高、调整时间短的特点,常规的PID控制很难满足温度控制的精度要求。自主研发了焊接热模拟计算机软件,并采用模糊自适应PID控制策略,应用模糊集合理论,根据不同的偏差和偏差变化率在线自整定参数Kp、Ki、Kd,实现了PID参数的自动调整,精准地完成焊接热模拟试验的温度控制。

Abstract:For the temperature control system of welding thermal simulation has high response,pure delay,and when experimental condition is charging,system parameters time-varying,particularly the characteristics of high heating rate and short time to adjust,conventional PID controller can not meet the precision requirements of temperature control.The welding thermal simulation software was developed,and the strategy of fuzzy self-tuning PID control was adopted.Through applying fuzzy set theory to self-tune parameters Kp,Ki,Kd on line according to different deviation e and deviation variation rate etc.,automatic adjustment of PID parameters and the accurate temperature control of welding thermal simulation tests were achieved.
