摘    要:为了提高运行与检修人员处理高压隔离开关控制失效故障的能力与效率,提高电网的运行稳定性与供电可靠性,结合高压隔离开关的控制回路图和信号回路图,针对厦门电业局220 kV梧侣变电站的一起220 kV隔离开关控制失效故障进行原理分析与原因判断,并成功处理。通过对此次消缺作业的归纳总结以及根据隔离开关信号回路图设计方面的不足提出对应的整改措施,以求完善微机保护装置的信号采集与逻辑判断功能,以利于运行与检修人员对类似故障的正确判断与快速处理,为电网的运行维护打下坚实基础,以及提高电网的运行可靠性,实现电力生产"三节约"。

Abstract:To raise the technical level of professional technological personnel significantly and improve the operation level of power network,malfunction diagnosis and elimination of the 220 kV disconnecting switch are introduced,which happened in the Wulü transformer substation.The control fault phenomenon was briefly described.According to the circuit diagram,the cause was analyzed in detail and solved successfully,the reliability and security of power supply has been ensured.Through the analysis and research of the control fault,the corresponding operating experience was summarized to improve the capability and efficiency of operation and maintenance personnel when dealing with similar fault.The improvement scheme was put forward to enhance signal-sampling capability and fault diagnostic function of micro-computer protection device.The improvement strategies were presented to ensure the quality of power supply and help decrease the cost of the electric power production.
