心脏外科手术室护士核心能力培训

目的:探讨我院心脏外科手术室护士核心能力培训方法,提高心脏手术专科护士综合水平。方法:按照核心能力培养理论,结合心脏专科护士的特点制定培养计划与内容,实施"理论、讲座、实践"的培训模式,通过专业知识和技能考核、综合能力考评和手术医师满意度调查,对训练效果进行评价。结果:通过核心能力的培训,心脏外科手术室护士的综合素质明显提高,理论、操作考核成绩逐年提高;医师的满意度逐年提高,2009年达87.50%,2010年达93.06%,2011年达98.47%;患者的满意度逐年提高,2009年达83.50%,2010年达86.97%,2011年达92.94%。结论:实施心脏外科手术室护士核心能力训练计划,有助于提高护士解决临床护理问题的能力,有助于专科护士的专业发展。

Practicing of training of the core competency of nurses in operating room of cardiac surgery

Objective：To explore training methods of the core competency of nurses in operating room of cardiac surgery,to elevate their comprehensive level.Methods：Make plan and content according to theory of traing the core competency and characteristics of nurses.Carry out traing mode of ＂throry,lecture,practice＂.Evaluate training effect through examining expertise and skill,mixed ability and investigating satisfaction of doctor.Results：Nurses′ comprehensive quality significantly increased.Scores of theory and skill increased year by year,doctors′ satisfaction improved,to 87.50% in 2009,to 93.06% in 2010,to 98.47% in 2011.Patient′ satisfaction improved,to 83.50% in 2009,to 86.97% in 2010,to 92.94% in 2011.Conclusion：Practicing training plan of the core competency,help nurses elevate ability of speciality and solving clinical nursing question.
