长白山人参的毛细管电泳指纹图谱

摘    要:建立了长白山人参的高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)指纹图谱.研究了不同的预处理方法、检测波长、分离电压、缓冲体系对人参指纹图谱的影响,并对原产地长白山人参和人工种植人参的指纹图谱进行了比较.采用毛细管区带电泳法测定指纹图谱,电泳条件:75 μm i.d.未涂层石英毛细管(有效长度65 cm),以20 mmol/L的硼砂缓冲体系做背景电解质,分离电压18 kV,检测波长243 nm,气压进样3 s,进样压力8 kPa,温度为室温.

Abstract:Establish the high-performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE) fingerprint chromatogram of Changbaishan ginseng.The effects of different pre-treatment methods,detection wavelength and separate voltage on ginseng fingerprint chromatogram are studied.The fingerprint chromatograms of Changbaishan ginseng and artificial ginseng are compared.Capillary zone electrophoresis is adopted for fingerprint chromatogram measurement.HPCE conditions include:uncoated quartz capillary 75 μm i.d.(available length:65 cm),background electrolyte of 20 mmol/L borax buffer system,separate-voltage 18 kV,wavelength 243 nm,sampling pressure 8 kPa,room temperature.
