摘    要:赵固一矿12041工作面回采时受顶板裂隙水及底板L8灰岩水影响严重,最大涌水量达486 m3/h,为系统解决工作面排水系统设计不佳及涌水量大的问题,应用工作面、运输巷增设水泵及排水管路、轨道巷挖设水沟及水仓等排水综合措施,同时,优化了注浆加固工艺,保证了工作面安全正常回采。系统改造应用后,探索了一条解决涌水量大的工作面正常生产的途径,介绍了排水设备、沉淀池的布置方式及改造运输系统的措施,为后续安全生产打下了坚实基础。

Practice of the Drainage System Reconstruction in Water-bursting and Fully Mechanized Working Face
Abstract:NO.12041 working face in Zhaogu No.1 Coal Mine is affected by roof crevice water and L8 limestone water of coal floor,and the largest water-bursting even reaches to 486 m3 / h.In order to solve the problems of poor drainage system design and larger water bursting at working face,pumps and drainage pipelines are increased at working face and transportation lane,gutterway and sump are used in track roadway.After application of reconstruction system,measures of solving larger water bursting is explored and the technology of grouting reinforcement is optimized,which ensure normal production.Meanwhile,drainage equipments,arrangement of sedimentation tank and measures of reconstruction transportation system are introduced,which provides a solid foundation for safety production in the future.
