变流器同步电机的波形优化设计

摘    要:目前用于交—直或交—直—交变流器供电系统的交流电机,仍然采用传统的正弦波电机。本文从提高电机出力和降低直流侧电压及电流脉振的观点出发,证明正弦波电机对于上述变流器供电系统不是一种好的波形。文中推导了交流电机电压和电流波形与电磁功率的关系,提出了最佳交流器同步电机的设计方法,并给出了按波形优化设计的5kW方波同步电机与传统正弦波同步电机实验结果的对比分析。

Abstract:A square ware machine with 115-degree rectangular blocks is shown to be theoretically capable of 12.8 percent more power than a conventionally designed sinusoidal wave machine of the same size. The comparative test results of two 5-kW synchronous machines confirm that the optimized machine can output 8.52 percent more power than a conventionally designed synchronous machine of the same size and temperature rise. The efficieny gain is about two percentage points compared to a sine wave machine peak efficiency of 85 percent. Moreover, the ripple component of the rectified voltage for the square wave machine has been markedly reduced.
