齿轮结构振动声学特性数值分析

摘    要:交替运用结构有限元法与声学边界元法,对齿轮结构振动声学特性数值计算问题进行了研究。建立了齿轮结构三维有限元分析模型,通过频响分析计算,获得结构振动响应特性参数。以齿轮结构频响分析计算结果为声学边界条件,建立了齿轮三维边界元声学分析模型,并采用直接边界元法,对齿轮近场声学特性进行了计算,得到齿轮结构在简谐激励下的声辐射声压,为降低噪声提供理论依据。计算结果表明,所建立的振动和声辐射模型及算法是有效的。

Abstract:The numerical analysis of vibro - acoustic characters of a gear structure was carried out by use of structural FEM and acoustic BEM. The vibration response characters were computed based on the 3 - D FE model of a gear with software ANSYS. Taking the vibration characters from FEA as boundary conditions, a 3 - D acoustic BE model was constructed. At last, the acoustic characters of the gear in near field were calculated by using the direct BEM with software SYSNOISE. The acoustic radiation pressures under the harmonic excitation were calculated, which provide the theoretical direction for decreasing noise. The results show that the calculation models and methods are effective.
