离子液体修饰纳米四氧化三铁作添加剂对硅基润滑脂摩擦学性能的影响

摘    要:分别用3种不同的咪唑六氟磷酸盐离子液体修饰纳米Fe3O4颗粒作添加剂,制备了不同的硅基润滑脂,用GEST-121型体积表面电阻率仪测定润滑脂的体积电阻率,MTF-R4000型往复摩擦磨损试验机考察了硅基润滑脂的摩擦学性能,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了磨痕表面形貌。结果表明:离子液体修饰后的纳米Fe3O4能够进一步提高润滑脂的摩擦学性能,降低体积电阻。其优异的摩擦学性能和低电阻特性归结于纳米Fe3O4粒子与离子液体极性的相互作用。

EFFECT OF IONIC LIQUID MODIFIED NANO-Fe3O4 AS ADDITIVE ON THE TRIBOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF SILICONE GREASE
Abstract:Different silicone greases were prepared with three different imidazolium hexafluorophosphate ionic liquids modified nano-Fe3O4 particles as additives. The volume resistivity of greases was measured by GEST-121 volume surface resistance tester.The effect of nano particle additives on the tribological properties of silicone grease was investigated by MTF-R4000 friction and wear tester. The surface morphology of the wear scar was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that the nano-Fe3O4 modified by ionic liquid can further improve the tribological properties of lubricating grease and reduce the volume resistance. Its excellent tribological properties and low resistance are attributed to the interaction between the nano-Fe3O4 and the polarity of ionic liquid.
