复方甘油注射液长期毒性试验

复方甘油注射液系新脱水药。为了确定该药反复使用有无蓄积性中毒作用及最大无作用量，作者以大鼠和狗进行为期２８天的长期毒性试验。两种动物皆设立生理盐水对照组，低剂量组（大鼠为１０ｍｌ／ｋｇ，狗为１．７ｍｌ／ｋｇ），高剂量组（大鼠为４５ｍｌ／ｋｇ，狗为１３ｍｌ／ｋｇ）。按规定剂量每天一次静注给药，连续２８天。结果表明，两种动物均未出现明显的机能性变化，以及特异性靶器官、靶细胞的损害。故认为大鼠和狗对受试物的最大无作用量分别大于４５ｍｌ／ｋｇ和１３ｍｌ／ｋｇ。

EXPERIMENT OF INJECTION WITH COMPOUND GLYCERIN IN CHRONIC TOXICITY

The injection solution of compound glycerin is a new type of dehydrated medicines. In order to confirm whether the solution can cause accumulative toxic symptoms when it is used repeatedly and the maximum dosage is used with no side effects we carried out the experiments in toxicity for 28 days with rats and dogs. We established the control groups for the two types of animals by the injection of physiological saline. In the large dosage group,the injection of 45ml/kg was used in rats and l3ml/kg in dogs.In small dosage group, the injection of 10ml/kg in rats and 1. 7ml/kg in dogs. We had them injected intravenously every day in above dosages for 28 days and found that the functions of all the animals did not be changed,and that the target organs and the target cells did not be damaged in all the animals.So we considered the maximum dosage with no side effects was over 45ml/kg in rats and over 13ml/kg in dogs.
