摘    要:用旋转挂片失重法,腐蚀电化学测试和静态阻垢实验,研究了1-羟基丙叉-1,1-二膦酸(HPDP)对碳钢的缓蚀性能以及对碳酸钙的阻垢性能,并采用俄歇电子能谱(AES),X-射线衍射方法,对HPDP在碳钢表面上形成保护膜的元素分布,结构和成膜机理以及对不同浓度HPDP水溶液中沉积的碳酸钙垢的晶体结构进行了探讨。证明HPDP是一种有开发和应用前途的兼具缓蚀阻垢性能的有效水质稳定剂。

Abstract:Rotary coupon test, electrochemical corrosion me as urement technique and static scale inhibition test were used to study the corros ion inhibition of mild steel and the inhibition of calcium scale deposition by 1 -hydroxyprophlidene-1, 1-diphosphonic acid (HPDP). The surface analysis techniq u e of AES was used to investigate the composition, structure and mechanism of for mation. The processes of crystal growing and deposition of calcium scale in various conc entration HPDP solution were studied by X-ray powder diffraction method. These r esults all proved that HPDP is a kind of exceedingly good water treatment as cor rosion and scale inhibition.
