| 摘 要： | 针对空分装置纯化系统中使用的蒸汽加热器,详细阐述了传统和新型两种不同结构型式换热器的结构特性。并结合实际案例进行详细对比设计,得出在相同阻力情况下,新型结构比传统结构换热面积大大增加,重量减轻,制造和装配难度大幅降低,节约了设备投资,给企业带来了巨大的经济效益。

| Abstract: | For steam heater is used in air separation plant purification system,expounds the traditional and new structure characteristics of two kinds of different structural type heat exchanger.And combining with actual cases,detailed contrast design,under the condition of the same resistance,new structure than traditional structure greatly increase heat exchange area,weight,manufacturing and assembly difficulty greatly reduced,saving equipment investment,has brought enormous economic benefits to the enterprise. |
