等密度硬膜下血肿的CT诊断

摘    要:目的 探讨等密度硬膜下血肿的CT诊断,提高对其认识和诊断水平。方法 分析经手术证实的等密度硬膜下血肿患16例,男15例,女1例,年龄38-80岁。结果 16例等密度硬膜下血肿CT表现如下:(1)脑室系统向对侧移位,伴有病侧脑沟消失和病侧蛛网膜下腔闭塞。(2)脑灰白质向内移位。(3)中线结构移位、病侧脑室受压移位及对侧侧脑室的轻度扩大。结论 CT检查.尤其是CT增强是等密度硬膜下血肿术前正确诊断最有价值的诊断方法之一。

Abstract:Purpose To investigate the CT features of subdural hematoma of equal density and improve its diagnostic accuracy. Methods CT findings of 16 patients(15 males and 1 females, aged 38-80)of subdural hematoma of equal density proved by operation. Results CT features included; (1)Ventriculi system moves to the opposite,followed by cerebral sulci disappear and sick cisternae subarach-noidealis close. (2)Cerebral white and gray matter move to inside. (3)Middle line structure moving and sick ventriculi being pressed moving and ventriculi lateralis lightly enlarging. Conclusion CT scanning is one of best value method especialy enhance for subdural hematoma of e-qual density correctly diagnose at before operation.
