两个藏猪类群微卫星DNA遗传多样性的研究

摘    要:采用5个微卫星引物对2个藏猪类群(合作猪和迪庆猪)及参照群体成华猪的遗传多样性进行了研究。结果表明,所选的5个微卫星引物均具有多态性,3个猪种在5个位点的等位基因数为4~8个;合作猪、迪庆猪和成华猪在5个位点的平均有效等位基因数分别为4.5104,3.0696和3.1250,位点平均杂合度分别为0.7713,0.6405和0.5197,平均多态信息含量分别为0.7402,0.5656和0.5798;遗传分化系数表明,2个藏猪类群间亲缘关系较近(GST=22.07%),二者与成华猪的关系较远(GST=22.46%,GST=31.11%)。

Abstract:The genetic diversity of five micro satellite sites were studied on two Tibetan pig populations (Hezuo pig and DiQing pig) and a chenghua pig population as reference.The result showed:The five micro satellite sites have all polymorphism.The allele number of the 5 micro satellite sites in 3 pig breeds were between 4 and 8.The mean effective allele number of the 5 micro satellite sites in Hezuo pig (HZ),DiQing pig (DQ) and Chenghua pig (CH) is 4.510 4,3.069 6 and 3.125 0,respectively.The mean site heterozygosity is 0.771 3,0.640 5 and 0.519 7,respectively.The mean polymorphism information content is (0.740 2),0.565 6 and 0.579 8,respectively.The calculation of genetic differentiation coefficient showed that the relationship of the two Tibetan pig populations is close (G_(ST)=22.07%),and that the relationship between the two Tibetan pig populations and the CH is distant (G_(ST)=22.46%,G_(ST)=31.11%).
