数字化三相功率因数校正技术的现状及发展趋势

摘    要:通过阐述几种三相有源功率因数校正(PFC)电路的拓扑,并结合数字控制技术、高频脉冲宽度调制(PWM)整流技术和多电平技术,分别介绍了三相单开关数字式PFC电路、三相双开关数字式PFC电路、三相三开关数字式PFC电路、三相六管高频整流电路和三相三电平数字式高功率因数整流器的总体数字控制方案.在此基础上,指出了数字式三相高功率因数整流器的发展趋势.

Abstract:This paper expatiates on several topologies of three-phase active power factor correction(APFC) circuit,and respectively introduces total digital control strategy of three-phase single-switch digital power factor correction(PFC) circuit,three-phase two-switch digital PFC circuit,three-phase three-switch digital PFC circuit,three-phase six-switch digital PFC circuit and three-phase three-level digital high power factor rectifier in combination with digital control technology,high frequency pulse-width modulation(PWM) rectifier technology and multilevel technology.On this basis,the paper points out the development tendency of digital three-phase high power factor rectifier.
