木屑处理含锌电镀废水的研究

摘    要:以废弃物松树木屑作为吸附剂,进行了吸附去降某电镀废水中Zn^2+吸CODcr的试验.研究了溶液pH值、温度、搅拌速度、溶液初始Zn^2+及CODcr浓度、固液比等因素对吸附剂去降Zn^2+及CODcr的影响,并进行了固体吸附解吸实验的研究.结果表明溶液在pH值为9、反应温度25℃、木屑加入量r=30g/L时,松树木屑对电镀废水中Zn^2+及CODcr均具有高效吸附去降能力.

Abstract:The removal of zinc and CODcr from electroplating wastewater by pine sawdust was studied in terms of the effects of pH, temperature, the agitation speed, the initial concentration of zinc and CODcr, the solid to liquid ratio. And a desorption trial for the solid support regeneration was also performed. The results indicated that the zinc and CODcr could be efficiently removed from electroplating wastewater by pine sawdustat pH 9, contact temperature 25 ℃ and sawdust dosage 30 g/L.
