摘    要:中科院近代物理研究所自主研发了用于医用重离子加速器HIMM(heavy ion medical machine)的数字电源。数字电源在研发生产的过程中,必需配套的上位机调试软件进行全方位的调试。首先介绍了用于远程调试HIMM数字电源的软件系统的设计;着重讨论了上位机软件系统的结构设计,并对上位机-下位机工作流程以及专门定制的数据通信协议进行了介绍;然后远程调试软件通过Ethernet与电源的数字控制器通信,依照通信协议规定,可以全方位操作、监控不同硬件拓扑类型的数字电源;再通过对数字调节器进行参数配置、给定脉冲波形、读取调试数据等来达到调试电源、验收电源的目的;最后在甘肃武威、兰州在建的2台重离子加速器所用全部数字电源均使用本调试软件系统进行调试和验收。

Abstract:Institute of modern physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences independently developed digital power supplies for heavy ion medical machine(HIMM). First, the design of software system for remote debugging HIMM digital power supplie is introduces in this paper. The structure of the upper computer software system is mainly discussed, the work flow between the upper computer and the digital power supply controller and the data communication protocol is introduced. Then, the remote debugging software all-roundly controls and monitors the power supply by communicating with its digital controller through the Ethernet in accordance with the protocol. The digital controller can be debugged with the functions of parameter setting, waveform setting, and debugging data getting. Finally,All digital power supplies of heavy ion accelerators under construction both in Wuwei an Lanzhou are debugged and accepted by this software system.
