明矾石焙砂提取硫酸钾的工艺研究

摘    要:以明矾石脱水脱硫后得到的焙砂为原料,通过水浸实现钾、铝选择性浸出分离。在浸出温度25℃、时间15 min、液固比2∶1的条件下,氧化钾的浸出率达到86%以上。水浸前后样品的XRD、SEM图谱分析表明,渣中未浸出的氧化钾以类伊利石形式存在于水浸渣中,氧化铝几乎全部进入渣相。水浸液经过蒸发结晶得到硫酸钾产品,产品符合农用硫酸钾标准。

Abstract:In this paper, alunite calcine, as the raw materials, accomplished the selective leaching of potassium and aluminum through water leaching, The leaching rate of potassium oxide reached 86% in hydro-leaching process, when the temperature was 20?C, reaction time was 60min, and liquid-to-solid ratio was 2:1. The XRD and SEM results showed the unleached potassium oxide entered into leaching residue as a similar form of illite and almost all alumina entered into leaching residue. the potassium sulfate product could be got from leach liquor through evaporating crystallization and met the standard of agricultural potassium sulfate.
