多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗慢性酒精性肝炎的疗效观察

目的评估多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊(易善复)用于治疗酒精性肝炎的疗效和安全性。方法 82例酒精性肝炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各41例,观察组使用易善复联合美能,对照组应用复方甘草酸苷片,疗程6个月,其它用药两组相同。观察并记录两组治疗前后临床症状,体征、肝功能、血脂变化。结果治疗后观察组与对照组比较,乏力、纳差改善率无明显差异,ALT、AST、GGT及TBIL复常率较对照组明显,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为85%、63%(P<0.05),两组均未见明显不良反应。结论易善复联合美能治疗酒精性肝炎,可有效改善患者乏力、纳差等症状,降酶效果持久、彻底,血脂改善明显,不良反应低,安全性高。

Curative Effect of Polyene Phosphatidyl Choline on Chronic Alcoholic Hepatitis

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of polyene phosphatidyl choline on chronic alcoholic hepatitis and the safety. Methods 82 cases with alcoholic hepatitis were randomly divided into 2 groups： observation group and control group, 41 cases in each; polyene phosphatidyl choline capsules combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets were administrated to patients in observation group while only compound glycyrrhizin tablets were administrated to pa- tients in control group; the clinical symptoms, physical signs, hepatic function and the changes of blood lipid of the pa- tients in both groups before and after treatment were observed and recorded. Results After treatment, there existed no obvious difference in the improvement of the symptoms of hypodynamia and anorexia between the patients in the two groups while the normalization rate of ALT, AST, GGT and TBIL of the patients in observation group was much higher than that of the patients in control group and the difference was obvious （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the total effective rate in observa- tion group was 85 % while that in control group was 63 % （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; no obvious side effects were observed in the twogroups. Conclusions Polyene phosphatidyl choline combined with compound glycyrrhizin is effective on alcoholic hep- atitis, it can effectively improve the symptoms of hypodynamia and anorexia as well as blood lipid ; its effect in reducing enzyme is long -lasting and thorough with less side effect and higher safety.
