摘    要:以DA462型发动机缸壁及缸盖外表面的振动信号为研究对象,对发动机振动诊断机理进行研究,在实验的基础上对实验测得的信号用子带能量法进行深入的计算和分析,验证将子带能量法应用到发动机的振动信号分析中,能够对发动机的故障进行较准确的诊断。

Abstract:Taking the vibration signals on the surface of cylinders of DA462 engine as an example,the diagnosis mechanism of the engine vibration is studied.The measured signals are calculated and analyzed by means of sub-band energy method.It is verified that the sub-band energy method can be applied for vibration signal analysis of engines,and the engine fault can be diagnosed accurately.
