摘    要:大连湾大桥桥面结构采用跨度为45m、70m、45m的三跨连续预应力混凝土变截面箱梁,采用悬臂挂篮施工。本文主要介绍了该桥的工程背景,方案构思,施工步骤,以及连续梁桥结构的分析模型,以现代施工控制理论为基础,结合大连湾连续桥梁悬臂施工特点,应用平面杆系有限元法,建立截面应力分析模型,模拟连续梁桥悬臂施工过程中边界条件、挂篮的安装及拆除对施工阶段截面应力的影响,对连续梁桥进行施工阶段的模拟计算,得到相应的各个控制截面的控制点的应力值,为施工过程提供控制依据,更好地控制桥面线性,保证连续梁桥悬臂施工的质量。

Abstract:The variable sectional pre-stressed continuous bridge in Dalian bay is constructed by cantilever and hanging basket with three spans of 45m,70m,45m.The paper introduces project background,plan plot,construction procedure and analysis model.Based on the theory of construction control and construction characteristic of variable sectional pre-stressed continuous bridge in Dalian bay,the section stress analysis model is established by the plan beam-spring FEM to simulate the influences of boundary conditions and hanging basket on the section stress.Through the calculation of section stress in the course of construction,stress values in every control section are drawn,which provides construction references for controlling alignment of bridge deck structure well and ensuring the construction quality.
