| 摘 要： | 本文指出,在一定条件下,转筒干燥机的干燥过程可近似为一阶惯性和纯时间滞后的动态过程。为了改善系统的品质,来用了一阶数字调节器(或非线性调节器)加纯时间滞后补偿的控制算法,并可很方便地由一个微型机来实现。本文最后给出了该系统数字仿真研究的结果。

| Abstract: | It is pointed out in this paper that under specific condition the dry process of a drum dryer could be approximated as a firstorder lag sys- tem with dead time.In order to improve the system's behaviour a cont- rolled algorithm of a first-order digital type regulator(or a nonlinear regulator)with a local feedback of dead time has been applied.The algo- rithm can be feasibly implemented on a microcomputer.Results of study are given of the digital simulation of the system. |
