| 摘 要： | 广泛性焦虑障碍（GAD）是一种以经常性或持续性紧张不安，并伴有自主神经功能过度兴奋或警觉为主要临床表现的精神障碍，发病机制较为复杂。血清5-羟色胺（5-HT）对情绪、记忆力、三观等均存在重要影响，具有抗抑郁、焦虑的作用，与GAD的发生发展密切相关。文章综述了大脑5-HT系统及谷氨酸/γ-氨基丁酸（GABA）在GAD中的作用，并探讨了针刺调节5-HT-谷氨酸/GABA长神经环路在防治GAD中的可能机制，以期为针刺防治GAD提供临床依据。

| Abstract: | Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) is a kind of mental disorder characterized by frequent or persistent nervousness, accom.panied by excessive excitation or vigilance of autonomic nervous function. The pathogenesis is complex. The expression of serum 5-hy. droxytryptamine (5-HT) has important effects on mood, memory, and triple vision, and has antidepressant and anxiolytic effects, whichare closely related to the development of GAD. The article reviews the functions of the brain''s 5-HT system and glutamate/gamma-ami. nobutyric acid (GABA) in GAD, and explores the role of acupuncture in modulating the 5-HT-glutamate/GABA long neural circuit inthe prevention and treatment of GAD, with a view to providing a clinical basis for the prevention and treatment of GAD by acupuncture. |
